Cozy Cove is a luxury cabin nestled in the woods of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This area has really boomed over the last couple of years and with that came the development of these amazing luxurious cabins. I have been wanting to come here for a while to experience one of these amazing cabins and I could not have been happier with our choice-Cozy Cove!
The cabin is just as it’s name implies-luxurious but cozy. We chose this cabin for my birthday trip. Andy and I had a long weekend available and wanted to make it a couples trip so we invited our friends, Rachel and Brett to come along.
Cozy Cove was perfect for us. It is a 2 bedroom cabin. Each bedroom containing a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and amenities. So essentially this cabin has two primary suites which makes it a perfect choice for two couples or friends, there is no fighting over who gets the better room (haha). The front bedroom also has a trundle bed underneath that could easily sleep 2 more people. Also, making this a great place for families. The cabin can sleep 7 guests easily.
The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so plush. I slept so soundly each night we were there. It was so relaxing.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room were part of a beautiful open floor plan making it a great place to hang out and entertain. The gorgeous woodwork and beautiful decor really sets this cabin apart. It is young and stylish, but yet cozy and comfortable. The fireplace came on with a touch a button and made those cold winter nights warm and cozy. The living room also had a large flat screen TV which our husbands loved.
The kitchen was full of top of the line amenities, brand new appliances, farmhouse sink with gold accents. It is so beautiful and very much my style.
The island had seating for 4 and then a dining room table allowed for seating for 6, so you could easily have 10 people in the kitchen comfortably.
Pots, pans, dishes, cups, and coffee with all of the essentials were available and ready to use. The hosts have truly thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable and easy.
The cabin also has a full size washer/dryer. I love when short term rentals have this option. I always like to do my laundry before returning home, especially for those week long stays. It came in handy too because we just threw our wet swimsuits from the hot tub in the dryer before packing them up.
But speaking of hot tub, I will have to say the outdoor living area was my favorite part of the whole cabin. It is so beautiful and the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. The covered back porch had a beautiful vaulted ceiling with the same beautiful woodwork that is on the inside of the cabin. There is an outdoor living area with fireplace, couch and chairs and a massive flat screen TV. And if you have kids with you, then they will love the games and the slide that comes off the side of the porch. Even though we didn’t have our kids with us, we still had to go down the slide to test it out.
But to see it at night is just beautiful, with the bistro string lights hanging and surrounding the backyard…it is just a gorgeous, romantic spot overlooking the woods.
The fire pit was also great, we sat around the fire just relaxing and visiting with each other. It would also be great to roast marshmallows and make s’mores with your kids.
It was a perfect location as well; a quick 5 min drive right into town where they have wonderful restaurants, bowling alley, the saloon, wineries, distilleries, shopping and much more. It was also just about a 5-10 min drive to Beaver’s Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake, depending on which entrance to the park you use.
We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. Our hosts, Nelly and Zanna, could not have been more accommodating and sweet throughout our entire stay. They were readily available and always responsive if we ever had any questions for them. I am so grateful they were kind enough to host us for our 3 night weekend stay. Truthfully, it wasn’t long enough, I could stay a week in this place just chilling out and turning off the hustle and bustle of life for a minute!
I cannot recommend this place enough and hope you will consider Broken Bow for a future vacation and I’m telling you…BOOK THIS CABIN. You will not be disappointed.
